Hillsdale, New Jersey. She works on her own and with associates to help
companies manage their human resources more effectively. With 20 years of
Corporate Human Resources experience, and more than 5 years as an
independent consultant, Ms.Padva brings to all assignments a valued
blend of professional expertise and practical application. Her dedication
and straightforward approach, as well as strong commitment and personal
attention to every project have earned her the trust and respect of
clients and colleagues.
Elaine received a B.A.
degree from S.U.N.Y. Binghamton and an M.A. degree from New York
University. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources
(SPHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute, an affiliate of the
Society for Human Resource Management, and as a Certified Compensation
Professional (CCP) by WorldatWork, the national association of
compensation professionals.
Ms. Padva is a volunteer
mentor with Women Unlimited, Inc. in their leadership development program,
and has served as Vice President, Corporate Relations for the Bergen
Chapter of the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners. She is
also a member of the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey,
WorldatWork, and the local and national chapters of the Society for Human
Resource Management.
